Yes, guests are required to stay on site in order to participate in the wedding activites. Please let reach out to us if you have any personal issues with staying on site.

Yes! There is a working toilet, sink, and shower with hot water in every tent.

Of course! UnderCanvas is a very kid-friendly and dog-friendly venue.
For younger kids, there are playpens available upon request. Please reach out to either Tiffany or Kevin to reserve a playpen. For older kids, kids tents are available during booking.
For dogs, please note that dog food is not allowed in your tent. Dog food is encouraged to be stored in the main lobby kitchen or in your car rental.

We would like our guest to unplug and be present during the festivities. So, Wi-Fi will not be provided during your stay. However, the property still gets cellular data for Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T.

Yes! Handicap tents are available for booking. Please reach out to Kevin and Tiffany to let them know that you will need to book the handicap accessibility tents. Additionally, the staff is available if you would like a ride on the golfcart around the campus. Just text (509) 260-3881.

Unfortunately, no. UnderCanvas will be providing each tent with 2 battery packs to charge your phone and lanterns. If your battery pack needs to be replenished, fully-charged battery packs are available at the lobby to be exchanged. You can also text (509) 260-3881 during your stay, and the staff would be happy to deliver a fully charged battery pack to your tent.

All tents come equipped with a propane fireplace to heat up your tent. You can leave the heater when you leave the tent, but if you plan on being away for more than 2 hours, you will need to turn it off. If you are still cold with the fireplace, extra blankets and hot water bladders are available upon request, just text (509) 260-3881 and the staff will drop off the items at your tent.

You can bring drinks in your tent, but food is not allowed in the tents due to wildlife. You can store food with the staff in the main lobby.

Please rank your tent selections through the RSVP link in the main menu. We will be assigning tents based on your ranking, and you will be receive your tent assignments with your wedding invitation this Spring. After receiving your tent assignment , please follow the instructions in the wedding invitation to book your tent.

No, shuttle services are available upon request. Please let us know if you need to be picked up from the airport when RSVPing. Shuttles will be taking you to and from activites during your stay at Under Canvas. However, if you plan on exploring the Columbia Gorge outside of our scheduled events, we would recommend that you rent/bring a car.

Yes! There is a parking lot on-site for you to park your car in.
